That’s a good example, I’m thinking more about the big guys. Also it’s more about not even knowing they’re there some times. But that’s also part of the ambiance of the game, so not something to fix. Just some adjustment at the edges, like an eye flash from the big guys, or some dots along the sides that flash before striking.
Isn’t there that persistent HUD thing left of center at the top of the screen to tell you that something big is nearby? Circular with a red dot in the middle and a half circle between the two?
I dunno man, the only non leviathan aggro fish I’ve seen so far (I’m in the protected zone) are the blue and yellow guys who circle and make a zippy noise when prepping to attack, the hammerheads, and the marrow breach shark that does a short screech before moving in to attack, witch it does any time it sees you atall. Seems pretty telegraphed to me
