My personal conspiracy theory was that Trump opened the Strait back up because allies like South Korea were starting to get more affected than enemies like China. The Strait being opened, even if temporary, prevents them from feeling as much pain as negotiations continue.

I think that Trump himself is enriching himself in more efficient ways than Polymarket, it’s the cabinet members who I think are insider trading on those types of sites (like George Santos).
