You can quite literally do that by setting up different profiles on android, it was specifically made for that exact purpose. If you are going out of your way to switch to your slop profile often then I don’t see how effective a physical key would be either. I am pretty sure I have seen some apps on fdroid to do something similar as well with nfc and qr code.
If the whole idea is to just add some friction then you can use your password manager to generate a password for that profile you can’t possibly remember, instead of using a numeric PIN. That way each time you want to switch to it you will have first to go unlock your password manager.
