The layouts generally have room to state time in relation and a screenshot. Most hide the real time in a hover over or click on the relational time whoch isn’t captured in a screenshot.
Social media screenshots are so common it is time to update to show both be default.

But then it wouldn’t drive you crazy, and you wouldn’t sign up and find the post just to find out the actual time
And if you don’t make the conversion then that’s basically stealing /s ^(but not really, they actually think like this)
