Wait, how would their cost decrease?! Are you thinking it’d be from data transmission or something? The drop in user data has to be worth much more than the minimal cost of data transmission. The biggest cost must be media production plus maintaining and running their servers I’d bet, which won’t change much, if at all here.

If I’m not mistaken, but wouldn’t 20% fewer subscribers at 20% price increase would result in an overall 4% decrease in revenue.
