Have you tried using the ID (last part of the URL) directly by putting “lidarr:<id>” in the search bar?
Sometimes that helps. Some releases also have some uncommon metadata, causing Lidarr to ignore them, not sure if that’s the case here.

How long would you expect it to take to propagate? I don’t see it yet, and five days seems like a reasonable time to wait.
