      The one single skill in the directory seems to be for interacting with the projects MCP server, so it’s a skill for users of the project.

      Regarding the skills directory, this is a request that originated from an issue: github.com/3xpyth0n/ideon/issues/120; it’s mentioned in the changelog for v0.9.8 :)
