Pika@sh.itjust.works 6 months agoThe last time I looked into the salary exempt restrictions it had to be your primary job for the exemption to apply, if you are averaging most of your work time not doing exempt things you should file a complaint, worst case scenario is they say ‘yea tough shit it’s exempt’

Seems pretty clear cut unfortunately. “Employees performing such duties meet the duties requirement of the exemption regardless of the proportion of “safety affecting activities” performed”
