Comment on FCC bans cable TV industry’s favorite trick for hiding full cost of service
plz1@lemmy.world 6 months agoIt could be both, but FCC has governance over broadcast and cable TV industry primarily. Either way, this is a much needed improvement in transparency and win over deceptive marketing practices.

I’d just be a little concerned that if the cable companies can find the right judge they’ll get it blocked for that reason
