Nope, there are (were?) a gazillion different “moe” communities. I would block each community as I saw them, but it was becoming a little absurd. Ultimately I blocked every community with “moe” in the name, since I didn’t want to block non-art posts from that user. It’s a bit of a clunky solution though.
Just checked their account and they’re still going lol. Won’t name them here though. It’s not like you’d have trouble figuring out who they were if it’s a problem.
