Comment on Why don't China tries to increase it's cultural influences?

This is very hard to do. There are many non-native speakers of English that consume American entertainment. There are very few Mandarin speakers outside of China.

Looks like I was already subscribed haha! I definitely should try to post more, I've usually got plenty of questions (I'm still very beginner, about two months) and I usually just web search the question or try to check the reference books I bought
