Jabra Elite 45h, via Bluetooth. Use the same for work and the sound cancelling is nice. Also they are very comfortable, pair easily, and the battery lasts a long time.

I use the jabra evolve v2 65 because I had it for work, and the headset works great for the steam deck.
Battery life is amazing.
The headset can even be changed while in use, which has come in handy trying to game after a day of long meetings.
