Comment on Valve are still taking SteamOS beyond the Steam Deck, though dual booting is a ways off
figjam@midwest.social 5 weeks agoI think the hard part with using the os from a playstation or switch instead of an emulator would be getting the hardware running with drivers and whatnot. While it may be possible I can’t see it as very practical unless you are that kind of coding nerd and you want to do it as a challenge.

People have done wierder stuff just out if curiosity.
I’m just thinking that if someone asked Valve about it, they probably have something in mind. Even if it is just dual-booting with Windows.
