Panron@lemmy.world 5 weeks agoFortunately, price info is actually tracked! If you use the SteamDB browser extension you can see the historical low price right on a game’s product page on Steam.
For example, Terraria is on sale for it’s 2 year low price of $4.99, but the lowest it’s ever been is $1.99 (a little over ten years ago).

This site not only shows you historical data on steam, but on 3rd party sites and other launchers as well (fully configurable). And it’ll send you a mail is any game in your wait list meets any of the criteria you set (e.g. under $10, lowest historical price, etc.)
