Comment on New Junk-Store update (install and play Epic Games + GOG on the Steam Deck)
warmaster@lemmy.world 2 weeks agoBoth are awesome but Heroic is more for desktop use while JunkStore is a Decky Loader plugin with a UX/UI more tailored towards game mode, making it ideal to use on the deck.

Oh I haven’t played with Decky Loader, I don’t have the patience for all that stuff anymore so first solution that works is good enough for me

It’s as easy as any other alternative. You just download and run it. Afterwards, it’s even easier than alternatives, since you don’t need to get out of game mode to add games.
