    It’s a joke reference to sellers who will list items for very cheap, but with very high postage costs, to try to trick people into viewing their product more favourably.

      I don’t know if it’s changed or not, but back when I used eBay all the time, they took their cut out of the sale price of the item, shipping charges were untouched. So if you sold something for a dollar and charged $100 shipping, eBay’s percentage only came out of the dollar.
