If you need to continue using Discord I would recommend switching to a 3rd party client that can disable a lot of the tracking and adding many useful features.

Technically nothing is safe as Discord can lock your account for any reason, but I haven’t heard anyone being banned for using the above clients. They are wrappers of the official
discordapp.com
page, they are just removing unnecessary bloat and tracking.You also join their Discord communities to talk to developers directly.

Will give those a shot.
Just use it for gaming with a handful of friends and would switch if anything else was as reliable and easy to use but with less annoyances. I haven’t found an alternate that does video streaming and works with xbox, which one friend needs.
