honestly i hate podcasts and most peoples personalities are too irritating for me to stick with one source of news, philosophy, educational content etc. YouTube does make it really easy for me to be exposed to new people to hear from and new topics for me to dive into better than reddit or lemmy or other boards which hyperfocuses usually on specific subjects
