You can start it with the battery out, shut it down after bios setup and launching once, then put the battery in and launch it if its anything like the cmos failure thay happened with my laptop. I swapped to fast charging, my issue was hybrid battery compensating for weaker charger brick (they dont support a more powerful brick either for passthrough, battery is needed for full performance, alienware laptops are weird)

I had this happen to me, was related to overheating Unplug the battery if you’re ok opening it up, press the power button to clear the state/bios
Try turning it on once you’ve done the above and once booting, plug the battery back in and close it up
