I would have refused it too. These people bought thousands of my systems to their knees, Im not giving them access to LAPS

Which is ironic because you already gave them deep access to your systems by installing the agent, so it definitely isn’t an access concern. The fix needed physical manpower that they were offering to try to get groups working again.

I didn’t give them anything. I paid the price for a choice that was made above my pay grade.
