I like the new color scheme!
One thing I found is I had to do a lot of work to make my instance look decent on mobile. If you press F12 then click on the little phone/tablet button, it lets you see what your site looks like on a variety of devices. It really drives home that lotide's default CSS is really designed for a desktop PC.
