Minor update to lotide (no new version for hitide).
Notable changes:
- Set and read
namefield for post titles as well assummary(should improve compatibility with Lemmy) - Add timeout for tasks
- Include
content_markdownfor posts in all API responses
I'll have to update my back-end. Sounds like subtle but important updates!
