Improved excuses and misdirection whenever it came up in the news so people would keep using their product.
They added ways for you to send a message about it that gets ignored

One of my friends works as a train engineer and despite the brutal and dangerous career she says the regular use of Taxis to and from the trains are the most dangerous and sketchy part of the job esp for a woman. Refuses private owner apps like Uber entirely now, there's been attempts on her on the 5AM trips.
