Does Apple Music have library XML support? So many DJs still manage their library in iTunes and use the XML to import into their equipment’s management software.

Not sure, but I wouldn't count on it.
I'm actually very frustrated by this because iTunes has been the only option I've found so far to download purchased digital copies of shows, and I have a method to strip the DRM from those files as well so I can put them on my PLEX server. If the iTunes client or store gets deprecated, I'm not sure what I'll do next.
I don't like piracy on principle, but at the end of the day I'm left with limited options here.
