I’m sure there’ll be a billion other comments saying the same thing, but Dune was written before Star Wars, so it’s more accurate but nowhere near as provocative to say that Star Wars is Dune for children.

I'm not sure why, but the Star Wars movies (except for the sequel trilogy) always felt like they were for children.

the fact that star wars isnt seen as a kids movie is pretty dumb…
not to say media for all cant be thought provoking, vut i dont understand how people can see star wars as something ‘adults’
