Maybe, since it could be a response to change the monetization with battle passes instead.
It doesn’t matter IMO since the result is the same: shittier content for more money.

Wtf is the point in battle passes anyway? I remember when war thunder introduced them and it was just another bullshit popup on login like all the others. Just became login, esc esc esc esc esc, ok the shit is all gone now I can press play.
