  This has got to be one of the stupidest things I’ve ever read. This shows a either a staggering lack of understanding or a malicious attempt to exert more control over the people. I can’t even vote this person out.

  Same shit Brazil tries to pull, pushing justice to third parties while threatening massive fines to those third parties if they don't properly remove the content deemed wrong. In fear such companies will rather do false positives as these should be cheaper to deal with, thus creating a spiral of censorship.
