A European Union research service publishes a paper about calls for VPN regulation, noting that they’re ‘increasingly used to bypass online age verification.’
I’ve never bought VPN access, so am not sure; but don’t you need to have a bank account or even credit card to pay for VPNs anyway? How many very young people are even capable of paying for VPN access?
at this point they sound desperate.

Does it really seem to you like the forces of freedom are winning? Not to me. :(
well, more like we are putting up a good fight, which makes me happy and a bit optimistic.
