“Agentic” enthusiasts hate computing the same way “AI artists” hate doing art. They hate labor, they hate being human, and they expect everyone else to absorb the pain of their death-drive so they may remain at least numb, if not high.
There’s something odd about the article. For example, student is > shipping software. You are a student, how ate you shipping software. And in the fought everyone understood they are running Claude that’s why the laptop remained open.
The solution to this is to run your agents on a server instead of your local machine
