I can’t bear to watch this guy’s movies anymore. I like it when directors have a signature style, but his style is so heavy-handed and distracting, and never helps move the story forward. Then again, there’s usually not much of a discernible story in between his 10-minute-long slo-mo shots anyway, so I guess it’s just my personal preference.
