It sure sounded like a lot until I read the $620 billion reduction is out of $2.99 trillion bringing it to $2.37 trillion. Oh, poor them.
If the amount isn't in percentages, the title is probably clickbait. Especially if it's in a dollar figure and "stock market plunges". Sure it did.
I mean 20% is a pretty big cut, isn’t it?
