They are corporations, but corporations will happily feed on each other (like bloodthirsty cannibals).

I think one of the most galling aspects of late stage capitalism is how the people running the show clearly have no clue how the system they prop up works.
What do you mean you don’t understand how VC funded tech companies’ pricing works? How are you not getting that during the growth phase the cost of their service is the lowest it’s ever going to be and will only go up the more you depend on them? That’s what you would fucking do in their place you absolute dipshits! monke-rage
Even if! Even if so called AI was actual intelligence and not a constitutionally untrustworthy text extruder. Even if the hyperscalers had a way to make inference cheaper than dirt. Once you’ve kicked out every worker, everyone who knows how the business actually works and replaced them with AI, why the fuck would the providers of your new robotic workforce leave all the profit to you?! Y’all will burn down your own buildings before you let workers unionize and bargain collectively, but think that a megacorp with a legal team thousands strong is gonna lay down and let themselves be exploited? What?
You would trust Amazon, a company famous for stealing their suppliers’ business from under their feet would hesitate to do it when all the bots are trained and they effectively own your entire workflow? Amazing!

That shit is very expensive unless you use web based shit tier models.

It sounds like companies should have replaced the highly paid execs with AI first. It might have done a better job of using itself.

Making decisions via coin flip would've probably gone about as well, possibly better.

It’s been tried and it doesn’t work that well, at in running the shop out of business.

Wow, I was mostly joking. It’s really funny to see it put into practice.
