    As a reminder for those unfamiliar with the degree of self-driving afforded by Waymo’s cars, the IIHS points out that they are certified as Level 4, which according to the automation scale created by SAE International, means the computer can do all the driving with no human supervision under certain conditions.

    I’m sure they only compared to human drivers in the same conditions, right?

    68% is not that great of an improvement in this context. They should be multiple times better with all the tech built in and the constant oversight.
