Bizarre. Seems almost identical to this lawsuit, helmed by the same firm: https://news.bloomberglaw.com/daily-labor-report/nascars-diversity-efforts-accused-of-bias-against-white-men
It doesn't make sense to me to launch to lawsuits in order to establish the exact same precedent. A gross waste of money if you ask me.

IDK. I haven't seen the theatrical version of Justice League but I heard that ZSJL added way more to the characters and story and that made the movie make more sense.
But to be fair the same can't be said for BvS (again, based on what I've heard, I haven't seen that theatrical version either) so I guess not all Snyder cuts are created equal.

Yeah, I thought it went without saying that actor's hate reshoot, which is why they usually give worse performances during them. They just don't complain about it.
Not that acting isn't hard, I'd say that acting is a difficult job, but it comes with the territory. That's like a farmer complaining about getting blisters or having to get up early in the morning to feed his animals.
