I got those but I have not tried them yet. aliexpress.com/item/1005006125059404.html They seem rated good enough. There’s multiple models from the same item you can switch to.

You can buy hall effect joysticks for those but you have to solder them yourself. Bought some and didn’t get to install them yet, but they seem promising.
Bit of extra unrelated info, so far I’ve had 4 360 controllers for 10+ years that never drifted, and two ps5 controllers less than a year old had to be repaired because they started drifting. I love the dualsense feel, but they sure used shitty joysticks.

Heard mixed things about Fallout 4 new update for the deck. Drcided to try it out with the default settings. Happy to report that it works great, I’m getting stable 60 (at least up to Concord) and it looks nice.

I’m so glad they did this partnership as well, my first deck had a whiny fan (pretty bad), bought a new fan that was fairly easy to install and made it so much better to use the device! Ifixit tools are pretty good, too.

The only thing you really need to worry about is the metal heat shield removal since it is moved before the battery is unplugged, but after that it’s pretty safe
