I hear there’s this fit lady that has it so discounted you don’t need to pay…

Thanks…So yeah, you need the GOTY version. I have the barebones one, just Fallout 4. And with this one, it’s missing a few DLCs for the mod to be able to install.
- Comment on Should I buy fallout 4 goty from GOG? 3 months ago:
You also need several DLC, right? Not the bare bones version.

Sure. And two controllers. Really useful when traveling.

Your partner could sit on your leg/knee. Couch mandatory. Add-ons optional.

It was doing this with unravel two. Then some day out of nowhere it started working and we could finally play it. I’m not buying anything with that launcher again.

This is not a game for your six-year old. It’s a game talking about divorce, ffs.

Giving the player some agency would get all players avoiding this scene completely. Nobody would do it. And yet there’s plenty of other games that force you to do things you don’t agree with, for the sake of the story being told. Not sure why people get mad at this one. Once you play it you realize it’s their lowest point, and they start changing and rebuilding after that.

I think it’s intended to be played at the same computer. Two controllers, split screen. To be played in the same couch, with your partner. We loved it.
- Comment on Cemu gets no input on SteamOS. But Desktop/Big Picture works? 8 months ago:
Thanks for these tips! I had no idea it could install the outdated Linux version. I’ll have to check, I’d say it was the windows one. I’ll definitely check the gyro option, i think i did tamper with it for BOTW back in the day.

Thanks! I’ve been playing a hat in time for a bit…looks promising! Will need to try the couch multiplayer, might be interesting!
- Comment on Cemu gets no input on SteamOS. But Desktop/Big Picture works? 8 months ago:
Yeah, I experienced the controller disabled when other bluetooth controllers are connected before. But there were no controllers connected, it’s been a while since I used it hooked to a TV with controllers. What weirds me out is the…timeout thing. I’m not exactly sure what’s causing it. ANd then, I installed RetroDeck, which comes with its own instance of Cemu…this one doesn’t do it. It just kinda works. So…no idea what caused it on my EmuDeck Cemu :/
- Comment on Cemu gets no input on SteamOS. But Desktop/Big Picture works? 8 months ago:
Thanks…this is a bit rushed, but I’ll try to install it alongside EmuDeck, which is what I was using last year when it all worked smoothly. I’ve had issues trying to get it to detect a new PS3 PKG file earlier this week, so I’m not so sure what’s up.
- Comment on Cemu gets no input on SteamOS. But Desktop/Big Picture works? 8 months ago:
Wait-wait-wait…This is weirder. So, it’s not like the input doesn’t work. It just doesn’t work…for the first 3-4mins. Mario Kart stays on the title. While I was checking websites for troubleshooting ideas, I could hear Mario saying the “Mario Kart eiiiight”, which is what happens when you actually press a button. And now it works. This is…replicable. If I start the game again, it will idle at the logo screen ignoring me until for some reason…it starts working. ANy idea what might be causing this??’ The deck is set to Cemu - Deck layout from valve.

China I’m sure they did it. I think the second time it was… Vietnam maybe?

I have a small 10,000mAh power bank too, but given some countries restrictions, I refuse to travel with anything bigger. Some picky countries will take away (confiscate) anything bigger than 10k mAh. I already lost a 13,000mAh and another 15,000mAh on this mistake, on separate trips. This power bank does provide some additional juice, but gets killed pretty fast.

Thanks! Last time I tried TOTK performance sucked. It was a few months ago.

LOL no I won’t. I had this issue just last year on a flight from Indonesia I believe. Might have been Vietnam. There’s quite a few countries that might have not updated their planes with plugs. Hence the question.

With a Dock and my Steam Controller it’s a fantastic media PC.
Sadly it sucked last time I tried it to run Jellyfin Media Player :(

- Comment on RDR from switch...comparable performance? 1 year ago:
I haven’t, but my understanding is that Xenia while having made some good progress in the last year, is not so close to decent performance as Yuzu is.
- Comment on RDR from switch...comparable performance? 1 year ago:
Yeah…I’m not sure that caused any improvements. I saw a very slight increase when turned in GPU advanced the accuracy to Normal, with no immediately noticeable graphical glitches, but still not as smooth as the native Switch. I’m not exactly sure what’s the issue, it’s not like the CPU/GPU are anywhere near full utilization, Yuzu claims 30fps most of the time…and yet it’s not the same, it’s… a bit more jittery.
- Comment on RDR from switch...comparable performance? 1 year ago:
Yup.
