Even better, I made an appointment and the 200 mile drive to uBreakiFix to have my son’s battery replaced, and only when I got there did they tell me not only are the batteries on back order, so are the screens because according to them, they have to be replaced every time too.

Thanks for fucking telling me before I spent an entire day on that trip…

If you define “improve” as making it more user-friendly, then they definitely need to be improved.
