  The controls are point and click, no wasd or auto run yet. Other than that I am enjoying it. Keep in mind it is a crafting game with a little bit of combat.

  Final Fantasy Tactics is pretty much all I have been playing on mine. I have been trying to get other emulators running so I can play the FFT from PSP and GBA, but so far no luck.

  I did get a Bluetooth keyboard with track pad today, hopefully that makes installing stuff in desktop easier.

  I have been playing Bitcraft on my MacBook, I am hoping with the keyboard I can play it on the Steam deck too.

  I got RetroArch installed and FFT installed and working (had issues with the bios files, the extension was .BIN not .bin.

  Apparently I did not have any mods enabled in BG3MM, I had only installed them. But I had to reinstall BG3MM yesterday because I messed up something, and when I did, I never enabled any mods.

  I rebooted and it booted into SteamOS and started updating. Looks like everything is good.

  Ssd shield was transferred. I do not feel the fan running, but the entire deck is cool.

  Could your daughter play in offline mode? If it is not connected to the internet stream does not know you have two devices playing at a time.

  I have. I used to run OpenSUSE years ago, mostly stopped because I was an avid WoW player and I was never able to get it running.

  I wondered if it would be a full reinstall, or if the deck had a separate OS drive.
