Wish the client turns off when launching a game. 1-2 gb ram just for steamwebhelper is too much for someone with 4 or 8 gb ram.
There used to be an option to launch games without launching the full store but now it’s no longer working.

That’s awesome. It’s also what’s keeping steamdeck ahead of it’s competition even with the one’s that are more powerful. I like playing games while chilling on the bed, I don’t want to burn my hands in this process.

They are actually one of my go to sites for getting info on new and exciting indie games. I know the articles are not as good or long as other publications but it does what it says. If you do have better alternatives that cover indie games and linux gaming, pls do share.

I wish there was a steam big picture like application. Something like playnite on windows. I’m using pegasus but everything is manual in it. OpengamedeckUI seems promising and is in early stage of development.
