Yeah the touchpads are nice :3 I don’t have my steam controller yet, but I’ve been using the touchpad on my playstation controller for radial menus for random obscure keybinds that I only need occasionally, especially for modded games like minecraft etc.
Gyro aim is cool :3. I can’t go back to console now after getting used to it lol, I’ve been using it for like… 2-ish years, so I’ve tried just about every possible config at this point tbh

I think there’s a lot of factors for the lackluster performance of the OG steam controller, ranging from the build quality, to the unconventional/niche layout, and the lack of knowledge/maturity for systems like steam input
Given how many factors have changed from 2015 I think valve should have expected the sales numbers to be a lot higher than they did :3
