Note that Sweden is seen as one of the most progressive countries in the world (and yet they’re starting to embrace fascism for some reason) where unions are strong. So strong that there’s no minimum wage - it’s negotiated.
As an example of union force, between 2023 up until a few months ago Tesla’s operations were severely crippled as dockworkers and transport workers refused to un/load Teslas.
