  Lol if youre the person who’s paying $60 for a loaf of bread you either have fuck you money or you’re a fool thinking youre better than everyone else. For the sake of an argument you can make your own sourdough at home for a fraction of the price (yes, it takes some time and practice if you’ve never done it of course). Once you manage to make your starter and keep it alive(not as hard as you think, need patience and maybe a couple of tries) you can use it for the rest of your life to make bread as long as you keep feeding it. Also who buys 3.5lb of bread? If youre not a glutton that much bread will go hard and stale before you even finish it. The owner of that bakery can go kick rocks
