So you think LLMs were the problem? You don’t think these people wouldn’t have done something like this with something else? They use their phone to do it, should we ban phones now?

I stand by my statement. And luckily there are plenty of LLMs that don’t, and never will have, guardrails. :)

I feel bad who go through that, but if someone is deranged enough to have a mental breakdown with a chatbot, then they were danger of that anyway. I don’t think it’s a reason to censor and downgrade all chatbots. ChatGPT is almost unusable now because they dialed down everything so much because of the incels that fell in love with their chats.
