Yes it’s already there, you just have to activate the performance overlay in the “•••” menu.
You can easily alter one of the presets to only show battery percentage by editing /home/deck/.config/MangoHud/preset.conf using this documentation.
My goto preset only shows FPS, watts and battery percentage.

Oh wow thank you. I had missed those! They are fairly distracting as they are by default, but I’m sure I can figure out something thanks to your link!
