Amen. Not many ppl are so fortunate to find stable place or even the mobility to go find it but if you do it’s great.

1984@lemmy.today 3 weeks agoIt’s a good idea but I think many professions are killing the love people have for it. For example, I liked tech until it become full of meetings, scrum, bad managers, stress, reorgs, and so on.

Scrum made my workplace better. It is run by peers, not management though.
