I think the best option is to get a smart tv but make sure you dont let it connect to the internet and make sure it doesnt show ads when it cant. And never update its software.

Yeah, become a contractor if you can. Its a different budget than they have for employees so no problem getting paid, while employees are given a tiny bag of money every year, distributed to each employee as “the budget for salary increases”. Usually a couple of percent increase, where half goes away as tax.
Its such a scam.

I was wondering that too… Appearently it has a camera inside and you can connect to it using wifi so you dont have to walk 10 steps to look inside it.

I think in the future, the screen will keep track of whats inside the fridge and be able to create shopping lists and maybe even order things.
But right now, I would never pay for it. Its like the wifi i have in my owen. Never connected it but I paid for it since it was included…

Actually these days, windows is free because what Microsoft wants is your user data. And unless you stop that from being sent to Microsoft, you are generating profit for them every time you use your computer.

Anyone trying xfce should be amazed how fast it is. I think current generation of computer users never used an operating system that is as instant as xfce. It’s quite an experience, almost stressful, because the system is constantly waiting for you. :)
