  If I ever click on “new and trending” that’s almost all the games.

    Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content and Adult Only Sexual Content is unticked in my settings. Content whose purpose primary feature is nudity and or explicit sexual content are filtered. I don’t think your example would filter out BG3 or games like it.
