Then why arent his games DRM-free and released on GOG? Death Stranding had Denuvo.

Because he’s not the publisher Sony is and they ultimately control the budget and marketing which includes adding Denuvo.
Only thing he can do is advocate against it.

Kojima owns Kojima Productions, he chose which publisher to use and agreed to their terms.
