If AI ever does reach a “singularity point” (and let’s be real, that idea is mostly just a marketing tool about the “potential” AI has) At the end of the day, they will never be human, and thus the idea of compensating them like a human is silly.

They will simply be rogue programs whose goal is to propogate their existence in order to “best” perform the tasks assigned to them.
