Comment on SteamOS 3.9.2 Beta brings fixes for VRR, VR Streaming, Remote Play, Boot Time and more
imetators@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 days agoI run Steam Link on my n100 mini HTPC machine. Both mini and gaming pc connected over ethernet. There is barely any lag and 0 issues so far. The only time I had problem is when game somehow couldn’t be streamed due to how it is being launched (Kingdom Hearts 1.5/2.5/BBS have a weird setup).
What exactly the issues you have?

Black screens, game flickers, quality issues. I’ve tried the feature on and off over the course of 11 years and for something I feel should just work out of the box with minimal to no extra configuration required (like moonlight\sunshine do), it’s just not good enough.

I’d go through your local network and check for issues, you could have an issue there.
